MEMBERSHIP

CRITERIA OF MEMBERSHIP

Full membership is available to all individuals in British Columbia who support the vision and Guiding Principles of ERA and are:

  1. current, previous or aspiring service providers to individuals who use abuse in intimate relationships or,

  2. administrators, researchers, students and other supporters of this work.

Associate membership is available to those outside the province of BC who meet the above criteria. Associate members pay the same fee as full members and receive the same benefits but do not have voting privileges and cannot serve as Directors (AGM 1996).

BENEFITS OF MEMBERSHIP

Members receive notice of the Annual Fall Conference, which provides an opportunity to meet and learn from each other and invited experts. Members also receive the Conference Proceedings, minutes of Board meetings, and notices of other events and resources. Membership provides opportunities to network with other professionals in BC and other provinces and states. Members may list their professional services on the BC Programs list and link their websites to the ERA website.

MEMBERSHIP FEE

$40/year, for the term of September 1 to August 31.
